Agnieszka Kaczmarczyk is a senior recruitment and consultancy leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering talent solutions across international markets.
At Gi Group Holding, she has played a key role in the design, development and evolution of the company’s RPO offering, building scalable, high-quality recruitment solutions for global clients.
She leads global RPO delivery, overseeing operating models, process design, governance, standardisation and delivery transformation across multiple regions.
Agnieszka specialises in creating recruitment operations that balance global consistency with local market agility. Her focus is on driving performance, quality and efficiency through scalable delivery models, strong operational governance and best-practice recruitment frameworks.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and operational expertise, she works closely with clients and delivery teams to optimise recruitment strategy, strengthen delivery capability and ensure RPO solutions evolve alongside organisational needs.
Peter Herlin Seeberg is an international RPO and recruitment outsourcing leader with 10+ years’ experience across solution design, delivery strategy and global talent programmes. He specialises in designing scalable recruitment solutions that help organisations improve hiring quality, operational consistency and delivery performance across complex markets.
At Gi Group Holding, Peter leads global RPO solution design and delivery strategy, supporting clients with tailored recruitment outsourcing models across local, regional and global opportunities. His work spans full-cycle RPO, project RPO, recruiter-on-demand, sourcing hubs and multi-country delivery frameworks, combining centralised capability with local market expertise.
Peter has supported more than 100 RPO projects globally, contributing to 30,000+ hires across regional and international programmes. He has also developed 400+ tailored delivery concepts for clients across multiple industries, including engineering, technology, operations, finance, marketing and corporate functions.
With previous global RPO programme delivery leadership experience, Peter brings a strong understanding of both strategic solution design and hands-on operational delivery. His focus is on building practical, commercially sustainable recruitment models that align with client objectives, market conditions and long-term workforce needs.
Known for his collaborative and solution-oriented approach, Peter works closely with clients, sales teams and delivery leaders to shape recruitment strategies, strengthen delivery capability and ensure RPO solutions are built to scale.
